Mike Kaul is Sentilla’s Chief Executive Officer. He has over 20 years of software industry experience. He was President and CEO of diCarta, the leader in enterprise contract management software. Prior to diCarta, Mike was Chairman of BuildPoint, CEO of HotDispatch and Vice president and General Manager of Attachmate Corporation’s Business Solutions Group. Mike also held various executive positions at Oracle Corporation, first as Vice President of U.S. marketing, then as Vice President of Advanced Technologies, and finally as Vice President and General Manager of Oracle’s New Technologies Division. Earlier in his career, Mike was a U.S. Air Force pilot.
Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and a master’s degree in systems management from the University of Southern California.
Nita Sharma is Sentilla’s Vice President of Products, leading product development and management. She brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise, small business and consumer software product development in startups as well as Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining Sentilla, Nita led global product teams at FICO and Intuit – across the US, India and the UK. She has been a panelist at the Grace Hopper Conference for Women in Computing and a session chair at the High Performance Distributed Computing Conferences.
Nita received her PhD in Computer Engineering in Distributed Systems from North Carolina State University, Master’s degree from the Indian Institute of Science and undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), India.
Sanjiv Parikh is Sentilla’s Senior Vice President of Business Development. Sanjiv has advised numerous large corporations on leveraging innovation via business development, investments and corporate development. Previously, Sanjiv was Corporate Vice President of investments and corporate development for HTC. Prior to HTC, Sanjiv led HP’s global equity investments as managing director of corporate ventures. Prior to HP, Sanjiv held business development and director positions at Microsoft, FairWinds Ventures and Atrium Capital.
Sanjiv holds an engineering degree from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Linda Palmor is Sentilla’s Chief Financial Officer. Linda brings over twenty-five years of well-rounded management experience to Sentilla. She has served in increasingly complex positions in high technology, entertainment, consumer products and service industries. Most recently, she served as Global Vice President of Finance at Better Place, a global company aimed at developing EV car charging networks. Previously, she served as Chief Financial Officer at several enterprise software companies including PS’Soft, diCarta, and HearMe, which she led through an IPO in April 1999.
Linda started her career in public accounting as a chartered accountant in the UK and a certified public accountant in California. Linda holds a bachelor of science degree in biochemistry from Manchester University, U.K.
